COMMUNICATION POLICY

Regular Updates. We will maintain regular communication updates to keep you informed about project progress, milestones achieved, and upcoming activities.

Primary Communication Channels. Communication regarding project deliverables, edits, and important discussions should be conducted through email. Some communication (kickoff calls, brief updates) will take place via text or phone calls.

Response Times. We strive to respond to all communication within 24 hours during business hours within the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Urgent matters will receive priority attention.
QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

At Z Branding & Business Solutions quality is our top priority. We implement rigorous quality assurance processes to guarantee the excellence of your project. Each deliverable will undergo meticulous review to ensure it meets our high standards before presentation to you.

FEEDBACK & APPROVAL POLICY

We value your input throughout the project and encourage open communication. After each project phase, we will present you with deliverables for your review. Your timely and comprehensive feedback will be instrumental in shaping the final outcomes. The best feedback is normally delivered within 1 to 3 days of receiving the deliverables. We will then incorporate your suggestions and seek your approval before proceeding to the next phase, ensuring that the project aligns with your vision every step of the way.

If Client abandons the project by no communication after 2 weeks after the initial send of the deliverable, the Designer has the right to terminate the project at its status without refund.
REVISIONS & CHANGE REQUESTS

To maintain project efficiency and ensure clear expectations, our revision and change request policy allows for up to two revisions from the original design concept. We place great emphasis on our thorough project initiation process, which includes a comprehensive kickoff call to delve into your vision and a detailed mood board to capture your aesthetic preferences. These measures are designed to minimize the need for extensive revisions by aligning our work closely with your initial vision.

Should further revisions be required beyond the initial two, additional charges may apply to cover the extra time and resources needed. We are dedicated to delivering a final product that resonates with your expectations while keeping the project on track and on schedule.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION

At Z Branding & Business Solutions, we are committed to fostering a positive and collaborative working relationship. However, if any conflicts or disagreements arise during the course of the project, we have a structured approach to address and resolve them. We encourage open and honest communication, and in the event of a dispute, both parties will work together to find an amicable solution that upholds the best interests of the project and our partnership.

In cases where conflicts arise due to scope misalignments or misunderstandings, we will revisit the initial Scope of Work and the comprehensive notes from our kickoff call. These documents serve as valuable references to ensure that our work remains aligned with the original project vision. Our goal is to find common ground and continue the project with clarity and understanding.
CONFIDENTIALTY, DATA PROTECTION, & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

We understand the sensitive nature of the information exchanged during the course of the project. Any information shared by you pertaining to your business, brand, or project will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created during the project will belong to the Client upon project completion and final payment. We will provide you with all necessary rights and files for the work produced as outlined in the contract. Likewise, any pre-existing intellectual property brought to the project by either party will remain the property of the originating party.

Data Protection and Privacy: We adhere to data protection and privacy laws, safeguarding any personal or sensitive information you provide. Any data collected, stored, or processed during the project will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Payment Structure: All project fees are required to be paid upfront before the project commences. This advance payment confirms your commitment and secures your spot in our project queue.

Lay-Away Option: We understand that larger projects might require a more flexible payment approach. We offer a lay-away option for projects that allows you to make payments in installments over an agreed-upon period. This enables you to manage your budget while ensuring steady progress on your project.

Project Initiation: Work on your project will begin once the upfront payment or the first installment is received. Please note that the project timeline will be aligned with the payment schedule. Full project details will be provided upon payment confirmation.

Completion and Deliverables: Final project deliverables will be provided upon completion of the project and receipt of the final payment. Once the project is finalized, we will ensure that all deliverables are delivered promptly.

Refunds: Due to the customized and creative nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for services rendered or products delivered.

SIGNATURE & AGREEANCE POLICY

By submitting payment for the project, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the policies, procedures, and terms outlined in this Scope of Work document. This includes, but is not limited to, the payment policy, revision policy, confidentiality policy, and any other terms detailed herein.

Your payment and its receipt serve as your explicit acceptance and binding agreement to these policies and procedures. We recommend reviewing this document thoroughly and seeking clarification on any aspects before proceeding with payment.
